It has been 4 months since I've tried their service and in just 2 days I opt to move out my website due to their server resources issues which I didn't encounter with my previous hosting providers and will advise you by their customer support to upgrade to higher plans without even diagnosing what causes the problem. File a refund immediately after that and until now they are not taking actions. Maybe they are waiting for my 1year plan to expired and let me hanging with nothing. It's a scam don't dare to try this hosting provider.
Transferred to ZOOM.PH expecting better service but it makes my website down for a long time that never happened to me before. Customer service will force you to upgrade to a higher cost plan without even trying to troubleshoot your account. A request refund will takes you forever. Choose another provider, not ZOOM.PH unreliable
Zoom Hosting Philippines I would say is the best bang for the buck! Compared to the other hosting companies I tried that offers almost the same specs as what zoom offers, Zoom is cheaper! I rarely experience downtime..well it happens periodically but still manageable (they need to maintain the servers). Support is ok, they reply to my tickets in a timely manner. I love Zoom and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a hosting provider with good reliability. Plus! If you`re in the Philippines, they`re the easiest people to deal with
