I want to say to all my friends and relatives, please guys do a favour on you and avoid using the web hosting services of Zip cloud. I am saying this as I used their services and my exp with them is very bad. First of all when I ask their rep to help me in choosing the best hosting plan as per the requirement of my web site, they suggest me a wrong plan, which does not match or compatible with my web site. With this it also exceeds my budget.
After this when I started using their services, I face so many problems and when I try to contact their supporting staff, they do not listen my problem carefully and do not respond also in a well manner. I discuss my problem with them on live chat, on phone and also mail the same in detail but no proper solution of the problem from their side. Sometimes when I called them they do not even pick or receive my call, which shows that they are not fulfilling their commitment, as they mention on their web site that they are available 24 hrs a day and every time ready to help their clients..But I don’t think so... Their staff is not available that’s why they don’t attend my call.Like the above their customer service with other services are also not good. The features which they promised to offer such as unlimited data transfer, unlimited disk space, SSL Certificate etc. we’re not really offered by them. Their disk space and bandwidth were limited. SSL Certificate which was offered by them does not ensure full safety and security of data. I face such issue also. With this some other issues also generate in using their services, which I cannot mention here. It’s a suggestion please try to avail the services of other web hosting providers like Go Daddy, Blue Host and many more but do not even try the services of Zip cloud. They are terrible, in fact horrible. I don’t like the behaviour of their staff members also, as sometimes when I contacted them again and again, they got irritate and sounds very low to me, which upsets me a lot.So, in all just avoid Zip cloud and try any other web hosting provider.

Zip cloud services are awesome man...the company has well trained their team of experts to handle the problems of their customers. Good thing is this that they always solve the problem in just no time, except when the problems are very difficult or major technical ones. In these cases their customer care exe took some more time as they wanted to solve these problems on permanent basis. Their staffs are very well trained on technical aspects of the web site of the consumer. Most of the customer care staff is from technical back ground so they know and understand very well all the technical issues.

My exp with Zip cloud is very good. Whatever I want for my web sites, I got it through Zip cloud. Zip cloud offers best web hosting services. There are various webs hosting packages offer by them containing excellent features which are meant for different web sites. All the hosting plans have different prices. I read the reviews and then talk to one of the customer care rep of Zip cloud, who told me about various plans and help me to select the best package which is compatible with my web site and my budget. The services of Zip cloud are good especially customer service, their team of experts is extremely good and cool. They listen all my problems with patience and silence and try to resolve them as soon as possible. Once I face some problem and the problem has to be solve at my end, so their rep told me all the steps one by one on live chat and simultaneously I was following their steps and my problem got resolve. The whole process takes around 5 hrs. But they do not irritate, be with me silently and cool for all the time and leave the chat when whole problem was not solved...I like this very much because to gave so much time to their clients is not like by every customer care rep. as they just want to get rid of the problems of customers, so they do not focus on them for a long time but here my exp with the rep of Zip cloud was totally different. I really like the patience of that particular customer care rep. I like that guy so much...I recommend to all of you go for Zip cloud at least for once.
