At the time of switchover If I had any question or if I don’t know what to do, then I just give them a call and discuss my issue with them and the issue was resolved with few min. I did not recommend ultra hosting to anyone. I opt the provider because of its excellent reviews which I read on one of the review web site. I constantly am facing the problem of downtime of server. I will reach to my web site and they always said internal error in server at least once a week. Sometimes my server was even down for 6-7 days also and when I ask for their support they always said one thing that they are working on the issue and it will be resolve in few min, but the thing on which I laugh now as I heard this statement from them so many times, their few min did not get over yet, still they were working..How funny and I always laugh on these things...Even they respond you till that time when you keep on asking to them for help, when you also sit they also relax, so if you want your problem need to be resolve then you need to constantly and continuously do follow up with them so that they can remember your issue in order to resolve quickly. I will not recommend this provider to anyone.
