Hi, We had more than 30 websites on THCSERVERS servers and each one had a separated host, first of all speed is very low and if your website alexa rank be even upper 1 million the loading is socks. Also they suspend accounts without any rational reason. They accept all small businesses and gambling sites and after they suspend accounts ask about real documents. They consider e-mail marketing (sending email to website members only) as spam and violation. Very impolite staffs. They cut conversation. I give 0/10
Many times we asked about at least a backup if they do not unsuspend our account but they even didn`t. All our files went and they had it and as a sever manager told: ``We have not access to files`` DO NOT USE THCSERVERS.
It`s been 3 years since I started hosting my websites with thcservers.com Although I have experienced maybe 1 hour total of downtime (or even less, idk), my websites are working great. I am pleased with the service, the prices that remain the same ,website speed test and ... that`s about it :) would recommend !
