This company (smileserve.com) deleted all my files and my clients portal as well. They increased their package price by 50% but only notified through emails. However the invoice still showing old price. When i paid for the following month few days before the deletion and thinking it is good to continue, suddenly by month end they just deleted all the accounts and said that i did not confirm their emails. Why are they so stupid until cannot just suspend the account first and delete later, at least giving people chance like me who has overlook the email. I have lost all the clients now and they may take legal actions against me but the hosting company just said that it is still my fault. Think twice before subscribe to this company if you want your data to be safe and not disappear suddenly overnight. very irresponsible hosting company.
I am not in the favour of this company as they do not fulfil their commitment which they promised me in the starting of the deal. I did not like their services so I asked them to refund my money but they have not done the same yet and 6 months passed away
I really like the monitoring services of the company very much as they keep their eyes on my website for the whole day i.e. for 24 hrs. So that they can check whether my site or server is working or not. It’s like if my site stops working for a second also they instantly correct the issue at the same time and thus my website works very well. Actually non availability of website for even a second affects the site adversely. I am having a business site and to generate the revenue, profit and more no. of the visitors on the site I want the same to be up for the whole day and this is possible only if the servers are keeping up by the company. This is possible only if the provider offers good monitoring services, means they always watch their servers so if something breaks then they can correct the issue at the same time and thus stops preventing website from non working. Hi Team, Please be informed that I have bought reseller from smileserve. Before taking service from them, I have seen few bad negative comments in many hosting forums that they suspended and terminated account without any notice and terminated the reseller account in a case where one of the client's website is compromised. I was hesitant on choosing them due to the reason that even if any one of my client's account got compromised whole reseller account they will terminate. I had a live chat with Richard and he confirmed that the reviews are not true and he and his team will help incase there is any issue and they will send notice. I have trusted their words and bought reseller panel from them, there was no issue from them initially. I hosted around 10 cpanel accounts with them each of them is for local business websites like driving school, fitness center, web design company. None of the website is for blog or daily updatable content website, everything is design once then leave kind of local business websites. Suddenly one day all my websites were not accessible. I have logged in to check, it showed my service was TERMINATED. I raised support and got update as below: Copyright Infringements (2) Excessive CPU Usage (1) Excessive Memory Usage (1) I am sure that there were no copyright infringements because am part of envato elements and I used all the licensed resources. Regarding Excessive CPU and Memory, I requested the team to provide logs and help me fix that. And to my shock they sent mail stating that they have terminated my account and they wouldn't be able to help further. Don't trust any site which doesn't have phone support, they are reseller of other providers I guess and that's why they can't able to help me further.
