Don`t waste your time with Ready Hosting! There is no customer support that can help you. You will end up on the call for a long period of time and nothing will get done. I receive hundreds of email rejection notices every week of email addresses that i have never used nor do have I every heard of. The email I use with readyhosting is a small business email and it has ruined my business. Terrible!!!!

I’m writing this review to express my disappointment in the service I have received from my current webhost, Readyhosting, especially in the last few months. As a reseller of their product, I had hosted many websites with them since about 1999. I used to brag about Readyhosting’s quality product and customer service. Lately, however, it seems they are always having problems. I have had to submit 6 different support tickets in the last 3 months; 9 total during 2014.
Currently, I have 2 customer websites down for over 30 hours and have not even received a confirmation that anyone has even looked at the support ticket. In the last two days I have spent over an hour and a half just waiting on hold to get to talk to a tech support representative. This is NOT acceptable to my customers or myself.
I just got off the phone with tech support for the third time on the same issue. After waiting for over 40 minutes to get a support person on the phone, the tech support representative was extremely rude to me. I told her I had put in a ticket for help yesterday. The first time I called, our call was dropped, and I had to start over with another tech representative. The second tech gave me a support ticket number and reported it as a level three incident. After waiting a day with two of my customers’ websites completely down, I asked if anyone was working on the problem, I told her I hadn’t heard from anyone in over a day and the websites were still down. She snapped at me and told me that "support ticket resolutions take 24 to 48 hours to resolve".
My customers do NOT want to hear that their sites are down and there`s nothing I can do about it. After all these years as a loyal customer I will have to find another web host to use.
I understand that the problems I have been experiencing at Readyhosting are not unique to me. Many customers are having the same troubles and bailing out. Apparently, since they were purchased by a new company, they are no longer reliable. After recommending their service to my best customers for years, I would not recommend that anyone use them now .

I go through the reviews of many web hosting providers and after comparing them I reach the decision that readyhosting is good for me. The company offers various good web hosting features such as c-panel which is user-friendly to host the web sites. Their customer care executives are very kind and respond in a fast way and also helped a lot in resolving various kinds of issues. When I request them to change my domain name, it was also changed in a proper time. Overall I am happy with their services.

I reviewed many web hosting providers to host my first website, and then I have decided to choose ready hosting as my web hosting provider. Support team and services offered by the company all are very good. I am very much concerned about the issue that my web sites will be managed by Google chrome and after using this I feel very happy as no problem was created in the browser. I was not satisfied with the services of my earlier web hosting provider. Then someone suggest me to try the services of ready hosting. For this, first of all I also go through the reviews of ready hosting; I found them good and reliable. So, I thought I should take one chance and to give them a shot. I would like to tell you my exp with them as when I purchased their web hosting plan, on the same day account was set up for me, it was very quickly and constant update e-mails are received by me. But the thing by which I impressed a lot is that the company have transferred my entire cPanel backup from my old web host to theirs. Yes, some issues are face by them also while doing this, so their team members restores all the e-mails, web sites, databases and many more manually.. When all was done, I move on to my old web host and exported my three other databases, and imported them to the provider. I like the services of the company.

I was using the services of host gator over the past few years and I found that their services are good in terms of support and uptime. But then I took the decision to change my web hosting provider to readyhosting when lot of research has been done by me and I have decided to set up a dedicated server with them last month. I used their services and found that the services are excellent in terms of functionality offer and the technical support. I remember that I waited not more than a minute every time whenever I need their support otherwise they are every time available within few seconds.
I like the behaviour of the staff members of the company also; I found them that they are very user friendly while doing their job which was expecting from them every time but mostly it was seen that other company?s staff don?t do so.! Here I would like to share one experience with you all...once a major problem arises between the script and php version of the server and I face a major problem related to this, so one of their customer care executive worked on this issue with me for almost 6 hrs and with full patience...I like his patience as he provides his full support and gave all his time to me and listen my problems without being irritated for even once and resolve my problem.

Ready hosting...I beg you all please don?t call this name again in front of me. I don?t want to listen this name again. It?s a worst web host I have ever seen in my life. I buy one their web hosting plan for 1 year on which I got good discount also from them but in the next few months I face one problem and I came under such situation that I have to moved all my web sites to another web host...and I don?t know the reason..even I don?t know how this web site and their support team exists so long. The features which they promised to offer are actually not offered by them, it was disgusting, uptime is bs, your web site is online but you know what it takes min 10-12 min to load the web pages which are a long duration and the worst part is that you have to wait for so long. Whenever I access my web site, I have to contact their customer care dept. as their server has not been fixing yet and it will not fix also until and unless you contact them. Anyway they work on my site and make it ok. After this my web site works well but after few days same problem has started again. I got very frustrated and I have taken the decision that I moved away.

Ready hosting is awesome...it is an affordable, fast and easy web host. In fact, it?s very easy to use and fast to learn. Its customer and other tech support are also good.
