This is the most irresponsible hosting service I have had. Poor service and poor attitude. Terminated service mid way with no refund which was promised.
During annual renewal, the company charged me auto renewal (my account was terminated) and promised refund. However, refund has yet to be returned. Have contacted them 3 times and 3rd time no reply at all.
Worst service provider I have ever seen. Slow to respond to queries and suspended my account (website and hosting) without warning or notice. When inquiring as to why my account was suspended they offered little to no help. Once the account is reopened the same suspension process will happen with no warning or notice. Support then takes hours and even days to respond to concerns and queries. As well the attitude was on the poor side, while suspending my account on no grounds or reasons.
