The problem must be on your end.`` But when you have worked in IT for years, and you have been involved in web hosted, including in-house since the early days of the www, having someone say the problem is on you is bad when the problem is clearly something that only they can fix. I learned my lesson, and today I am just thankful that I did not convince my other client to move their site to our space with Net Sol.
