121216 - This service, NetIns.net, is ridiculous. They did an ``update`` last Monday night. Since then, my e-mail account, as with a few others in our company, has been DOWN. (for over a week!!!) I finally called tech support last week to get a message saying they were having problems and didn`t know when it would be fixed. I waited on hold for a tech for 1Hr and 50 minutes, only to be disconnected. I called again the next day, and waited 1Hr and 45 minutes. I actually talked to someone who ran me through basic account checks (stuff I`d already done on my own several times), and then was told me someone would be calling me back. No call was received. Here I am, 7 days later, on hold again (30 minutes so far), with no e-mail, and no relief in sight. During my call with them last week, they told me that for EVERY domain, they automatically changed the ADMIN account to the first e-mail address registered to the domain. (alphabetically, as in ``adam@....``) They didn`t even notify anyone that they were going to do that, or that they had done it!!!! -- Thanks NetIns.........not.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY!!!!
