Hello. I`ve been battling with this Teamspeak 3 server provider since I rented the server. I live in Portugal and 90% of the users in my Teamspeak server are also from Portugal. First the providers server had DDOS attacks and my Teamspeak server was always crashing and lagging. I talked to the support and they moved my service to another server with DDOS protection. This made ping a little higher but that was not a problem because it was around 50, however server kept crashing from time to time. Talked again to the support, and after a long analysis they moved my server again. In this server, ping was also around 50 / 60 but had a lot of packet loss, sometimes ping went up to 300 and was crashing all the time, so I talked to the support again and server was moved to a private server (so they said), and this one does not crash, however several times during the day it gets a lot of lag making voice coming out with cuts. I talked to them to solve the problem once and for all, and told them that if they can`t provide me quality service I would want a refund to get a server somewhere else. Today, 23th of March 2015, I woke up, tried to connect to the server and the server is down, just like the page www.mejorserver.com. This was the last drop. When I`ll be able to contact with them I will request the refund because I`m a little fed up of being comprehensive and letting them try to solve the problem. Prices are good, but the service is not working for me. I will not recommend using their services. Thanks.
