This is a joke of a hosting company; they have 6 websites hosted, 3 being what I had with them but have recently moved. This guy tries to portray himself bigger than he is when in fact it is only him. It takes him forever to respond to a support ticket because he doesn't care if you leave his pathetic service or not, he took your money and has no intentions of every refunding a dime. AVOID this guy like the plague, just the crappy design of his site should be enough to deter you away. I gave the guy a shot and regretted it right away. I am only giving him 1 star because I have to, A true rating of my experience with this clown would be negative stars.
Support sucks, Charles needs a punch in the throat, he's a rude, arrogant, obnoxious little prick that talks shit hiding behind his keyboard. It's a one man show working out of his mom's basement on the day's he doesn't have to report to the local jail to finish serving his weekends for being a pedophile. Don't waste your time or money on this sorry sack of crap.
