I picked them because of their extensive list of products and their availability of help, they continually bring new products to the control panel, many are free, some are fee based.

I looked at reviews for a lot of sites. As you will find, it is hard to know what are legitimate reviews, bogus reviews or someone with a grudge. I didn`t really want to pay a lot of money for a site, just something to post a few pages.
I clicked on LIVE SUPPORT and was immediately in touch with. An IT guys spent a good 1/2 hour with me answering my questions about domains and domain transfer and the plan I was considering, etc.

Response time was okay. Uptime mostly at 99%, there maybe some few downtime but I understand that no providers can actually guarantee a 100%. I have multiple website and my website got little slow a while ago and when I posted a ticket they responded very fast and offered me to move to different server. Some of the things people forget is that in shared hosting websites tend to get little slow.

Their online chat support completed my request with no hassle even after the session got disconnected midway through. It`s impressive.

I needed to update php, they took care of it faster than expected.
