If I could leave no stars I would. Unfortunately my previous hosting company was purchased by this one and I have had nothing but problems ever since. I have provided screenshots, timestamps and all the information that they've asked for and I'm still waiting for their customer service to respond to several issues that I have. It's been over a month and NOTHING has been fixed. They take a week or longer to respond. When they finally do respond they make it sound like it's my problem to fix. DO NO use them at all.
**EXACT HOSTING: THE WORST HOSTING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD** **One star only because zero stars is not an option.** My business website and online shop were offline for more than 48 hours, and Exact Hosting could not even provide the basic courtesy of a meaningful response. No proper technical update. No explanation. No progress report. No estimated restoration time. No evidence that anyone understood—or cared—how severely this was affecting my business and my paying customers. I sent repeated requests for help while customers were unable to access services and paid digital content. Exact Hosting simply left me in the dark. That is not support. That is abandonment. When a hosting company accepts payment to keep a business online, the real test is not how things work on an ordinary day. The real test is what happens during a serious outage. Exact Hosting failed that test completely. I was forced to investigate the problems myself. I had to work through server errors, broken configuration, access problems and a WordPress shop that returned an HTTP 500 error with a completely empty page source. The shop was eventually found to be failing because a core WordPress file was missing. I had to identify and restore it myself. Exact Hosting did not solve it. Exact Hosting did not guide me through it. Exact Hosting did not keep me informed. Exact Hosting did not even provide the minimum level of communication expected from a professional hosting provider. My Joomla website also had to be restored manually while Exact Hosting remained silent. This experience cost me hours of work, caused extreme stress, disrupted my customers, placed my income at risk and destroyed any confidence I had in this company. A hosting provider that disappears when a client’s business is offline is not a reliable hosting provider. It is astonishing that a company can leave a paying customer’s business offline for more than two days and apparently believe that no communication is acceptable. Based on my experience, I would never trust Exact Hosting with: • A business website • An online shop • Customer accounts • Paid digital content • Business email • Any website where uptime actually matters I strongly warn other business owners: do not wait until your website is offline to discover what Exact Hosting’s support is really like. By then, you may find yourself completely alone—exactly as I did. I am moving my websites away from Exact Hosting because I no longer trust them to protect my business, respond during an emergency or provide the service I am paying for. This was not merely disappointing service. It was an absolute failure of hosting support, customer communication and professional responsibility. **Avoid Exact Hosting.** **Do not place a business-critical website in their hands.** **Do not assume they will help you when something goes wrong.** My experience shows that when the situation becomes serious, you may receive nothing but silence.
Exact bought out my previous provider, over 300 hosted accounts, support was non-existent, they then chose to migrate my accounts to a "new" server. This "new" server was obviously not new and had a horrible IP reputation, causing virtually all emails to be rejected because of block lists..this went on ofr over 2 weeks and was never resolved, until I moved my accounts elsewhere.. WORST support on the planet, with responses taking upwards of 3 day, if you were lucky enough to even get a response. Support techs were also not honest, one told me she had requested a domain be unblocked 2 days before I even requested it...STAY AWAY FROM EXACT HOSTING!
