Hey please listen carefully and do a favour on yourself by avoiding the web hosting services of this provider. I can say this as my exp with them is very bad. In the beginning, I asked their staff to assist me in the selection of the best hosting plan as per my need i.e. my web site, and the plan they suggest was wrong, as it does not compatible with the needs of my web site. Simultaneously, it also does not fit in my budget. When I begin with the hosting services, in the starting only I face so many problems, so I try to contact their supporting staff, but they don’t bother and does not respond me in a proper manner. I mail my problem in detail to them via e-mail and also call them for the same. Sometimes they respond my call and sometimes they do not even pick my call, which reflects that they were least bother and they are also not available 24 hrs a day to help their clients. Their staffs also do not revert properly on e-mail also. I got the reply but it was not satisfactory.Their customer service is also not good. The features they promised to offer in their plans such as unlimited bandwidth, unlimited disk space and others were actually not offered by them. They offer web space and bandwidth in a limited qty. SSL Certificate they offered also not provide complete safety of data. There are other issues also which I face while using their web hosting services, but I did not mention here. I want you all to consider my suggestion of avoiding this provider and consider other web hosting providers such as Arvixe, iPage, Go Daddy, Hostgator, Blue Host and many more companies. They are not at all good. The behaviour of the staff members of the company also upsets me a lot sometimes like they got irritated and revert foolish answers and which irritates me a lot.
