A lot of functionality on their website is broken - registrar lock, nameserver updates, contact info updates. For a paid service I`d prefer something that works most of the time.

Avoid at all cost. I transferred the domain here so that I could use the DNS service but even after paying an additional year for the domain, the domain was showing the same renew date. So I asked support but could not get a proper reply. In the meantime, my domain transfer failed. I asked them why and again they failed to explain until they finally gave up and forwarded me to their main admin. 20 days later, still no reply from the admin and my domain is in a limbo. I have finally reported the transaction as fraudulent. Avoid at all cost.

Just bought a year subscription, recieved a very unfrienly error when attempting to do access the server I had paid for ``Not Found The requested URL /accounts/vnc.php was not found on this server.`` Have sumitted a ticket but judging from the website and state of the servers customer satisfaction isn`t a priority.

I was also a long time customer until today. I don`t think I had ever used their support before last month. I didn`t realize my DNS had lapsed and they wanted to charge me a late fee to turn it back on. This doesn`t make sense as it doesn`t cost them anything. After a few emails they were able to remove the late fee but then my DNS didn`t work. I submitted replies to 17 different emails I received and after a 8 days of DNS outage they finally were able to restore service. I asked for them to call me or provide a number where I could reach them and they would respond with ``Appologies for our inconvenience. Issue resolved now.`` I asked them if they were a bot and received the same response. They are a bot or they do not understand English. Buyer beware. These guys are ok unless you need support which sucks really bad.

i was a customer until today when I realized they started billing me for two services when I originally had only one. The support is pathetic. You must log a ticket. You can respond to emails. They explain nothing. They ignore questions and requests to speak to a rep. If you value honesty and customer service look elsewhere.

Changeip are brilliant! I have only been with them a short while but the support is amazing, I dont know how they do it. I have yet to have a question that they have not been able to answer for me

Changeip has to be one of the best web-hosting providers out there. Always super-helpful where they can and since moving a couple of sites over have found and fixed problems I never knew I had.
