We had VPS plan with bzybhosting with R1Soft backup subscribed.
Accidently we got 2 Gb data deleted for one of the domain on 5th July , which we reported on 7th. We were told that they restored it on 8th.
We noticed after we days that bzybhosting restored of 6th / 7th - so effectively we lost our data as they say now that they don`t have our data.
Interestingly when we raised this issue with them - bzybhosting say we don`t have data any more and started accusing us for the abuse.
After realizing that they have goofed -up - then started threatening us to terminate our services arbitrarily.
Just now we realize that bzybhosting have even removed our login data from support area, so we can`t put forth our grievances.
How can any host be so arrogant and abusive.
I will post the entire communication with bzybhosting on this thread for people to judge, if such host should ever be chosen for their hosting plan - who can simply threaten to terminate the services, don`t accept their mistakes and don`t offer any apology / refund.
They are simply unprofessional - who want to sell by attractive packaging. BUT when questioned for their delivery - fumbles and then start threatening.
