They are overselling. I had a plan with 15Gb storage. When I reach 4,5Gb of used storage the "df" command report me, that I was using the 98% of available storage!! When contact them for the problem they told me that in order to give me the 15Gb I pay for, I`ll loose my server!!! and I had to rebuild it from scratch, a 5 days work for me!
I have several domains hosted by Chicagovps and have been with them for over three years. I have had extremely positive experience with their customer support and that`s really important to me as I am not a professional. The customer support folks are really patient
I have been with Chicagovps since last two years and have at various times had to call on their support and/or technical knowledge. I figured after 2 years of excellent service I should write a review! In that time I cannot think of a problem that support did not attend to promptly. I am also happy with uptime and their pricing and have often recommended them to friends and business associates.
