I have purchased one of their VPS i guess. I wanted to cancel in the same day of purchase because of being told by my boss. I haven`t even activated the account yet. I created ticket and they told me that i woud receive the refund within 14 business days. It has been over 2 months and still no refund. Biggest funny thing is that they don`t respond ticket anymore.

I signed up on Black Friday. Their huge discount and low price attracted me. During this period, I am happy with their service. I do not meet any serious downtime. I also have contacted their support team twice via live chat, and each time i got helpful answer. I will keep monitoring my site hosted with Host4asp and I hope my site will run well with this web host. If there is anything that I am not satisfied, i will have to search another.

Stay away. Slow connectivity and server can be down for several days. Customer service do not provide any explanation, they totally ignore that the event even happened.

They don`t do refunds. So you have been warned.

I have three websites on Arvixe. It used to be a good hosting but in last months they became horrible. My web site goes down every day. It takes days to get a response from support. Even when the website goes back up, it goes down after a few hours again. It take hours to talk to someone on chat and then they tell you they can not help and that someone will get back to you. Then it takes a few more days to get a response.
Stay away from Arvixe.

Host4asp.net is a complete crap company. Avoid them if you are serious about your site. We did the mistake of using them and got nothing but problems. There support is slow and unresponsive. When their server went down for 8 hours and we asked about it their only comment was ``a little maintenance was needed``. This shows that they do not take web hosting seriously. When we asked for a refund they refused to pay the whole amount back. We had to file a claim with PayPal, which we won. They are even worse than Arvixe that we fled from. I can recommend KnownHost.com and GearHost.com if you want a reliable host with good support.

I have been with them since mid August (2015) and the server is down very often.
Even their server sometimes is down which means I cannot even open a ticket to complain.
I`ve tried a few ISP in these last few years but this one is far worse than any mediocre ISP.
I was convinced to switch to Host4Asp.Net cause I read good stuff. I guess it`s all fake reviews.
I have never seen anything like that. I cannot understand how these ISP are still in business. It`s a total disgrace.
If someone is happy with them it means they`re lying.

And so far the uptime. Today whole day website down, no mail and no support. Even their own site is down.Wondering if they still exits??????

On the surface this host seems pretty good, great features, but email simply does work. We don`t get emails inbound and emails to some outbound clients fail outright. 2+ months into a ticket and they have simply stopped trying to support us. I should have left already, but they will not return my money. It`s the worst service every. I`d give it 0 stars if I could. It really is that bad.
