I do not face any issues since my website was hosted on transip.net. Yes, once I face an issue when my website gets down several times, I opened a ticket and my problem was solved too fast. I recommend the provider. As per my need, it`s a good selection.
Features such as Web deployment, unlimited bandwidth and disk space and options to manage the remote are very good. They also offer option "Complete Trust" so that any dlls can be used in the project. The level of support they offer is average.

The company simply rocks! When I required their help, they are always available for me. For my commercial sites, I use their shared hosting package. Without any knowledge, in order to develop and publish my website, they offer me HTML/CSS for the same. They also offered cPanel interface which is very use friendly and with some more options that may be required by me in future. At work place, a website was also managed by me and thus I prefer this provider over other web hosting companies.
Transip.net is a great web hosting provider, it will send you a notification in advance via e-mail regarding renewal of your domain. It is our assumption that the charges will be done automatically for the credit card which was on the file but this is not the case with this provider. Whatever changes or updations are done to the website, info regarding all of them are send via online mode i.e. through e-mails to their each and every client by their supporting staff. Their customer service is just too good, they never forget to inform to their customers regarding the updations or if anything new is there and if any mistake was done by them, admit their mistake, they felt sorry for the same and promised that they will never repeat the mistake again. I really like this at-least they realized their mistake, it’s not like the other web hosting companies who try to put blame on their customers and do not accept their mistake. I am planning to move to another web hosting company.

I would like to give transip.net- 0 out of 100 rating, if my system allowed me for this.Recently in the month of Apr, 14 the company’s server lily was crashed and my websites goes down who were hosted on this server for around 1 month. So, I called them for their technical support but they do not understand my issue and thus unable to resolve the issue. Whenever I called them, different customer supporting staffs picks the call; I told the same thing to them and no revert from their side. Sometimes when I called them, they keep me on hold for more than an hour, sometimes for more than 2 hrs. But problem cannot be resolved and they pass my call to their seniors. But one more thing here, they also don’t revert back to me until and unless I called them for the follow up. And next time I also have to convey the same thing to them.Anyway they correct the issue but with this they have created a new issue. Then efforts have been made to correct the new issue but with this old issue occur again. Till date, my websites are down and no solution of the problem.40 websites were hosted by me across 7 different web hosting companies but I never face such a bad experience like I face with the transip.net.Due to my website gets down, around thousands of customers were loose by me because they were unable to resolve the issue for a long time, I think their staff is not very good at tech areas, they don’t know how to set up the server and their supporting and technical staff is not at all proficient.It’s a suggestion; please try to avoid this provider if you are really concerned about your site as you will get frustrated later.
