Since 2005, I was registered with Register.com. My experience with the company was worst; they make me feel so much embarrassed that now I am thinking why I opt for such provider who was totally useless for me. Every time I had so many issues such as trying to access the webmail but cannot access the same and that too without any notice. Next issue with the e-mails, sometimes they do not send properly and sometimes they got disappeared. Most of the time their server was down. Customer support is like nil, you tried to call them or drop a mail, no response from their side and if there is a response, it may not match with your query or issue. I think FTC must take some action in this regard. On their website, some helpline no. is posted but when you call on this no., nobody picks the call. I wish if I go through the reviews of this provider before selecting this one for doing business with them. The min waiting time which you have to devote on the phone to get the revert of your answer was 35 minutes which is not good. With this, they do not offer you the option of online chat. From last few months, my inbox became unreliable. The min waiting time for the name server was for 28 hours. And during such duration, I do not have any email. I will change from my previous web host to the new one ASAP.
