My 4 domains were registered with...
My 4 domains were registered with this provider and in the Aug, 13 a new domain was added by me, I also add a retail store and the website was also launch for the same. When I tried to load the website, the following message appears on my screen " Internal Server Error, contact your server administrator.”So, I called them and told them the same, they revert back to me that it was an internal issue and after updating the same they will call or e-mail me but 4 days has been passed away and no response from their side, I was calling them every day but no revert from them. A website was launched a week ago and I got frustrated as I have to hold the advertisements which I planned and thus money was also loosing.Next day, their rep received my call and told me that my website should not be moved by me as they will resolve the issue ASAP. But nothing was done yet, and I got so much worried, then I called their top mgt. And my problem gets resolved within 5 min, my account was set up by them for the transfer of my domain at the same time, all my queries got answered in just 2 min and whatever issues I had all gets resolved by their team of experts in just few min and all in few hrs. In short, I am very happy as everything was done smoothly within 45mins. Thanks jimdo.com. Yes, I got the support a little bit late after contacting their seniors but at last they provide me with the satisfactory solutions.
