I do not like this company at all. Even I don’t want to listen this name again in my life. In the beginning they made such big promises like they are available 24 hrs a day to help their customers, their web hosting plans contain excellent features as per the need of their client’s site, their hosting services are too good, their level of customer support is also great and many other. But reality is totally different from what they said. They offer such plan which is not at all matches with the need of my site, which did not contain the web hosting features which I need for my website, their hosting services are poor; the day I start using their services their server was down and so their customer support is also zero. When I tried to reach them via different modes i.e. live chat, phone or e-mail either they do not revert and in case if they revert they gave you such foolish answers which is beyond your expectations it’s like you ask them for an apple and they are offering you detergent powder..How foolish and stupid. This is only one example, there are several others in which they revert such answers which is like what...sometimes even I laugh also..Please try to avoid the services of this company. I will like to recommend this company to my enemies but not to my friends, family members and other relatives.

The features offered by the company are too good and as per the needs of my website. Their features are available in large no. and thus you may have the option to choose the plan which contains all the features which are required by you and for your website.After choosing the plan, they offer their hosting services in an excellent way i.e. websites are properly hosted and even server also does not get down in the last 6 months, their server is always up and rest I do not face any kind of issue yet and they told me that they will keep their performance like this only. I am very happy after listening this statement as the things which they said, the commitments which they promised in the beginning all are fulfilled by them and this shows that the company is reliable and trustworthy. I buy V9 and W9 dedicated server of the company and they offer features some in different qty. and some in the same. But, I would like to tell you all that I am pleased with both the plans of the company. May be their hosting features are different but the hosting of the websites is done in a proper and smooth manner. Overall, I am satisfied with the services and with their support also. As whenever I face any kind of issue they just resolve the issue on instant basis and if some guidance is required then their experts or seniors guide us properly.
